My intro EE lab manuals look like they were put together by the entire department and are actually good with some minor nitpicks I can make. My freshman physics classes iirc were all bought from the book's publisherso those were good, but its not like a freshman physics lab is even a real lab. for all my CS classes though, the lab manuals are clearly written by the instructors and/or the TAs and they are extremely mediocre to awful. my FPGA class had some of the worst lab manuals.
