Is there a way to calculate the solar power of a fresnel lens?
Also, could it be used to heat up carbon and iron to forge steel?

I have serious doubts about this being practical, I run a small forge and it's hard getting enough heat out of LPG. I suspect you are going to need a huge collection area and a tiny focal point.

Well so the lens in your picture is a projector-screen lens. In Youtube videos, people have measured the temperature at the focal point of the lens at 3000F, so somewhere around that ballpark.

You could probably melt steel but only a very small bit. The big difference between a giant lens and a real forge is that the heat imparted by the lens at the focal point will rapidly be cooled by air through convection.

Sure. In bright sunlight there is 1 kW per square meter normal surface. Concentrate down to 1 square cm and you get 1 kW pr. square cm.

Yes. Cherry coloured glow is about 800 C, and solar heating go beyond that.
