Why couldn’t Intel or Nvidia make the type of CPUs that we see today? Was manufacturing really not possible for them to make? Or did they milk the process step by step to milk as much money as possible to reach current state of technology, its hard to believe that 15 years ago they didn’t have the tools to make 1 billion transistor count thats 40 nanometers
