How to cure jock itch? like for real, clotrimazol is a joke, im using it once per day for three weeks now, also took fluconazole last week and gonna take it again after 7 days but its not receeding.

what do i have to do to 100% objectively make sure i get rid of jock itch forever?

bath two times a day while getting 100% dry groin and applying cream to the groin?
laundry towel EVERY SINGLE TIME I USE IT?

because of the quearantine its within my possibility to spend most of the time naked and with legs open im willing to do it.

but is all of this 100% necesary?
