For example maybe there's a world which is as real as ours in which OP is a tranny but only if that e.g. a) only requires a single genetic mutation which could have occured b) with high probability and c) was triggered (or not triggered so basically decided upon) by some quantum mechanical process. Just to illustrate the point.
