If I have a glass of infinite volume, filled with a small amount of whiskey, and I poured water into it for an indeterminate amount of time, would it eventually become diluted to the stage where all traces and molecules of whiskey = 0?

If you poured the water at a quick enough rate, the limit would approach 0 whiskey. For any finite length of time, there would be a non-zero concentration of whiskey though.

if you poured a bottle of whiskey in an empty lake, and then filled the lake with straight up water, you could probably fill up a glass and find that no whiskey molecules are in there, but they still exist in the lake, they just would not be probable to encounter

If you put water in whiskey but also added an infinite volume of coke you can safely say that the limit of water molecules which is equal to ~1 would be sufficient to detect a non zero number of whiskey molecules. This is sold under the name brand "Jack Daniel"

No, that would be the same as the fallacy that 0.999... (an infinite amount of 9s) can eventually become 1.
