Hey, I am kinda into self experimenting about lifestyle right now. I want to gather your different techniques of learning, and see if there is something I can use myself.

My method is usually:
- noise cancelling headphones, no music
-cleaning my desk
-drinking water bottle nearby, no need to get up and distract myself
-phone put away and on flymode
-a checklist with specific topics I want to have covered in 3 hours
