There is none. There is no way to define understanding anything. The only thing I can think of is that if you really “understood” something then you would be able to make all possible immediate implication from that something

It means you're able to break down all parts of everyday life into the latest physics breakdown.

For example, if you can explain why balls bounce on wall with latest physics, then you "understand" physics. No I'm not talking about "ball is elastic" or newton's third law.
