However there is nonway to do that economicly at a scale that would fit into your flat.
The usual destillation columns are usualy several meters tall and a constant hazard.
Then there is also cracking heavier fractions into lighter ones and the issue of storing the different fractions.
To make these fractions usefull as automotive fuels, you need additives wich you an hardly produce yourself either.
For gasoiline that's mainly anti-knock additives like MTBE and cleaning additives.
For diesel fuel you have cleaning additives, anti-gel additives and you need to controll the cetane-count.
You would never break even on that with a small scale operation as the large refineries have economics of scale working for them as well as having a fully funktional equipment ready to be used and often even mostly paid off.
