Sometimes my shit smells sour day drink alcohol. Is the alcohol being turned into acetic acid by gut bacteria or what is going on here?

Only to know for sure is to taste it. A sour smell in fecal matter is an indication of bowl cancer. If the feces has a slight "lemony" taste then there is a high probability of mortality. Do this and report back.
