Is it possible to create a quantum computer that runs an AI used to create a Blockchain so that we can compute in the cloud a solution for the Riemann hypothesis (or even prove that P=NP)?
How much IQ is required to implement this solution? And would such AI be a proof for the Fermi paradox?
