there is but it's just reframing foundations into other systems of philosophy. think hegel inventing his own foundational theory for math. I'd recommend checking out the guy's site he's usually lucid in the introduction if I'm remembering right.

I love these hermit systems I come across. You find them every once and awhile, and they are an absolute treat, such as Libb Thims on hmolpedia with his human thermodynamics, Miles Mathis with his GUT using Newton's gravitational equation, Alex Kierkegaard with his complexity theory of art, and Chris Langan with his telic recursion. While I haven't yet assessed this one, it will be fun to dissect. Thanks.

These things are cool but I always wonder if there's a legitimate schism between the creator and I, or if they got tired of feeling stupid when they couldn't learn something so they purposely tried to create something that would be impossible for anyone else to learn.
This example looks like they're doing it on purpose in my opinion but it's done well.
