Depends on where you live. I honestly wouldn't worry too much about grinding for the ACT. If you live in the south or midwest there are a number of state universities that are practically open admissions. The university of Kentucky, U of Kansas, and Kansas state all have acceptance rates above 90%.
You may consider going to a community college as well. In the mean time I think that broadening your math knowledge would be good. Go on khan academy to review math. AoPS has several good texts you may find on libgen. Mathematics of Choice by Ivan Niven is a nice text on combinatorics. kiselev's geometry is also good.
