3M has one rated for acid gas, the other for organic vapors.
They seem to offer the same level of protection for both hazards, the two just marketed differently. I should caution though this is not the case for many other masks and filters.
I use these masks you pictured for spray painting outdoors, toulene solvent glues in and outdoors, and pool chemicals outdoors.
The dry chlorine shock pool chemical buckets tend to build up moisture on the inside of the bucket.
So when the bucket is opened, some overwhelming gas is released.
When I wear one of these disposible masks, it tends to keep it out, but there may be a faint smell.
I found they also make distant brush fire smoke smell less noticable, but heavier amounts in an enclosed space go right thru.
Also the odor of kool aid drink mix and certain shampoos will go through these masks.
