Is it possible to establish a global sustainable society with the available science? Like the one proposed by Peter Joseph? Basically the new post-scarcity economy?

"sustainable" is too vague a term. The truth is there has been a commitment to a certain amount of climate change away from comfortable habitation for humans in some areas. The only way to go back to the comfort zone is proactively. The idea that the way the climate was generally during the 20th century is the way the climate is "supposed" to be and we can get back to it just by reducing industry is a flawed understanding.

I think that Peter Joseph's hate for all forms of capitalism prevents people from taking his ideas seriously, because there will always be scarcity of some kind or another. However, many commodities will become non-scarce. I think science can eliminate the market economy for a lot of basic goods including food and shelter. One of my 2 goals in life is to ensure that this happens. The other goal in life is to use science to increase the human lifespan to effectively infinite.

Also, side-note, what population are you aiming for? Current population?
Sustainability is usually described as having a net-zero effect on the natural world, but that can apply if there's one square kilometer of the natural world left, just as well as if all humans are living on an area the size of Texas USA.
