Why we wont use 12 and 3 numeral systems(for casual and programing respectively)?

12 is superior number and you dont get repeating numbers when you divide by 3. It is also fastest to count in and number 12 is amazing. You can even teach infants to count using not their fingers but their phalanx bones.

The number 3 is more efficient than 2 because it is closer to e.
We are being held by our own limitations.
