the fallacy starts with this:

This makes the claim unfalsifiable, and grows even more unfalsifiable the larger the universe becomes.
It's like trying to find a needle in an ever growing hay stack. Even if more needles magically appear in the haystack as it grows larger, it doesn't increase our probability of finding one. It grows ever more impossible to prove, and ever more unfalsifiable.
