Is there a correlation with IQ and questioning the 0,999=1 narrative?
Could it be that people below a certain IQ can't comprehend infinity and repeating numbers so they literally round it in their head? It's frightening to think that some people literally aren't able to visualize a repeating number like this that approaches but never reaches 1, a task many of us were able to do in elementary school. Even reading wikipedia they think that it's 1. It's cray-cray. Is a certain IQ required for it or is some region of the brain responsible for it? Thoughts?
