Not yet. Maybe I will once I rent quantum computing power.
Decoherence seems to increase entropy by giving out the quantum pure state.

Anything can be an input for a RNG. Fluctuations in voltage supplying power to the device can be one example.

Noise from an antenna or even a radio station. Theres a guy who uses lavalamps and a picture is taken of them, the pixel values generates a number that's added to a generator to give a more true random number.
