The claim that the different colours would separate eventually is questionable anyway, but I guess it's realistic during an infinite amount of time where every possible arrangement of particles is achieved; and that's all the complete colour separation is - a single possibility in an enormous set of arrangements. The universe places no innate value on this particular arrangement just because it also started this way before mixing. It just looks cool, which gives it human value
