How does "nature" make so much complex stuff even intelligent stuff, while being absolutely, completely idiotic and mindless? Literally as dumb as a rock but probably even dumber.

Also why do scientists believe in "nature" when it can't be shown to exist, all we can show is rocks and stars and retarded elements smashing into each other. But "nature"??? No such thing.

If you're referring to intelligent life, it's monkeys and typewriters. Natural selection breeds out detrimental genes and prefers advantageous genes. Calling nature idiotic is like calling electrons sad.
The terms nature is an abstract noun, it's not a measurable thing that exists, it's just a descriptive word for the inherent characteristics in the environment, which can be measured.

That's exactly how it does it.
Let's take a worm. There isn't any way you could make a worm clearly better, it works perfecly exactly as it is.
But one day, a worm without a working mouth was born. It didn't die though, and managed to live long enough to reproduce by pushing food up its anus.
Now there were some mouthless worms which managed to live by pushing food up its anuses. While they did manage to survive, this approach is obviously not very effective. There is plenty of mutations that could easily make it work at least a little bit better, and it did. The whole thing evolved what was originally its anus into a mouth, and the malfunctioning mouth into a working anus, evolved to efficiently move and digest backwards and a lot of complexity ensued.
Repeat over and over and here we are.
