I know this is off topic but I dislike using the chins on uni WiFi so I always use my phone's WiFi to post when not browsing on a VPN. But my phone's data has a roaming up address and I keep getting banned wrongly for posting on various boards I've never even visited. This can be solved by ressetting my IP address repeatedly but often I'll get told I've been banned again for a different reason and a different length of time.
