Just by looking at Wolfram's track record., I'm having a hard time believing that.

There is a lot to dig into here. But just skimming it, it looks legit. This is more of a framework to discover a theory of everything. It isn't a theory of everything in itself.

Here is Wolfram explaining for dumbfags.
