Is going to WGU a good idea or is it not respected at all? It is regionally accredited, and supposedly you can earn a masters degree or PhD anywhere after you earn their bachelors degree and it's considered to be a real bachelors degree.
Their coursework is somewhat bothersome though. For Computer Science BS, they only teach Calculus 1, and then two discrete math classes and a probability/statistics class. The lack of mathematics is concerning. It seems too easy, and they do not have ABET, but apparently that is typical for computer science degrees.
