Well, it is that the doubt has arisen since it is being used in hospitals for people with Covid19 with positive results (lowering the probability of needing assisted ventilation for example), I understood that it was harmful, now I do not know what to think.

This but don't stay in the rooms you are ozoning. Unless you want a nasty headache. I'd run it once a week in each room for a couple hours. Make sure to get plenty of fresh air, don't stay in a room if you can smell the ozone.

properly sterilizing a room with ozone would take a huge concentration and prolonged exposure, it's not something you're going to feasibly achieve at home with a tiny generator like that.
