So does COVID stay in your body forever?
I have herpes and it sounds exactly like what I have. Staying dormant for a year then flaring up for 5 days or so then staying dormant again for another year. Except instead of small harmless bumps it's life threatening pneumonia.

I have an autoimmunue condition too so I've been self isolating for 2 months with my employer's blessing. As soon as lockdown ends I don't know what to do.
