I dunno, all of them? The flying ones anyway.
I'm asking if they fly as efficiently and expertly as they can, given their body, or if drastic improvements can be made in their skill.

Saw a Seagull hover 3 meters down to the ground in the wind the other day, without moving its wings since it was in the wind. Seems pretty damn efficient. There are birds that can turn tighter than any manmade aircraft and others that can travel thousands of miles. Seems they are well adapted to thier particular niche. Maybe you could design a Peregrine falcon that dives faster but it may end up lacking in other areas.

The technical term for that is soaring.
