I'm asking here because I literally can't find any information anywhere else on the internet: can other viruses cause a flu test to show positive? Could like an active Corona virus or HIV cause a flu test to come back positive? I tested positive for flu, specifically Influenza A at the end of February. Does that definitely mean it was a flu virus? Are the tests created to only test for that years strain, or a broader range of viruses? Any medfags out there?
