American doctor here. They truly are extremely busy. Alot of doctors are normies too. 4chan is too far on the deep end. At most we use reddit if we use anything at all.

Resident. Emergency Med. Probably the most likely specialty to use 4chan. Yeah ive used it my whole life. I can larp as a /pol/tard like anyone else here can, but it doesnt affect my work life obviously
