If you want money, PhD is not your best shot. Get a master and get out of school to work. By the time another guy gets his PhD, you should have the quality to be a leader. Your salary should be at least as high as a newly graduated PhD (and you can also save at least $100k x 4 (years) while he has NONE, PhD student income is fucking shit).
