>>11559472 said would be ideal, but both you and I know that it isn't always possible for multiple reasons.
Let's suppose that currently you're in a job that you don't like (and you don't have a choice but to be there, at least for now) and you're not living very comfortably, financially speaking. The first thing that is important to do is to not ruin your own mood and your own day. You already know that you're in a shit job and getting a shit wage, but you'll be mentally miserable if you think too much about it. Try not to think much about how bored or irritated you are during your day.
The second important thing is to chase novelty in your free time. Don't fall for a lame routine of work, home, entertainment, sleep, repeat, while waiting for the weekend where you'll entertain yourself before your miserable week starts again. Use your free time to take part in meaningful activities to you. Study mathematics, learn how to paint, go to museums, meet people, take DIY electronics as a hobby, or whatever else you like. Just keep your daily life from being a bleak, depressive life.
The third thing is try to work towards your goals, personal, intellectual and professional, even if you'll have to do it slowly. The feeling of stagnation is depressing, while the feeling of progression is reinvigorating.
