The probability of a woman not to be able to build muscle is the same as that of a man. The genes for building muscle don't seem to be located on the sexual chromosomes. That probability is 25%, this is why a lot of people go to the gym and look the same, and since 99% of people are dumb* (iq<130) they think it is due to them eating 4753 kcal a day instead of 4754 and that missing kcal ruined all of their work outs.

*from average population, if only /fit/ is considered then 99% should be bumped up to 99.99%

anxiety impairs cognition, ergo phenibut is a nootropic if it removes said cognitive impairment. then there's also people with adhd. lots of people with adhd tend to be alcoholics because the effect alcohol has on GABA. Read up on "hangover clarity" for people with ADHD. Phenibut is a GABA agonist and thus has potential to deliver a similar effect as alcohol without the dehydration and cognitive impairments.
