I want to mix polyphasic sleep with straight sleep;I will use several alarms to wake up at intervals,troughout the night.
For example,
>go to sleep at 10am, then wake up at 11:30,then wake up every 20 minutes (with adjustement for the time of falling sleep)
I have two goals with this; reduce total sleep time,and develop the skill of lucid dreaming naturally.
what should I take into account if i do this?
what advice would you give me?
