A question for the biologists/genetic engineers here. I'm a computer scientist so I can't navigate these questions very well, my knowledge of biology is limited to what I learned in school and read in books.
I need a large database of proteins where I can batch download the three dimensional/folded structure and the corresponding DNA sequence that codes each protein.
What is your recommended website for finding and mass downloading such information? There's a lot of them out there, but I want to hear your suggestions. I'm not looking for specific proteins, I just need as much data as possible.
