>only healthy ingredients and cooking from scratch from now on
>suck at cooking
>only cook stews with all the healthy stuff
>no idea what goes well together
>taste ranging from boring to gross
>kinda don't care because ((( muh health )))

Could this be harmful long-term? Does eating gross or unsatisfying food lead to any sort of damage? For example by the nocebo effect?

(Really my cooking is better now, but I still wonder ...)

Bonus question: What's the laziest and cheapest way to get healthy food?
