Is it theoretical possible to make a non-spherical black hole? Say I had some super array of lasers with limitless power can could basically shoot insane energy densities anywhere I want, could I warp spacetime to create a black cylinder? Or a black ring? Or a black pyramid?

Singularity doesn't have a shape because it doesn't longer occurs in space. Event horizon have a shape of 4 dimensional funnel.

This space movement when there's little bit of time slowed down a bit ( matter in bulks ) is what is usually called gravity.
