Scientifically why do imageboards spawn a lot of mainstream memes and humour? In Anglosphere (or English speaking globalised west, anyway), and definitely Poland and Japan and I'm sure but have no proofs that in many other countries, mainstream memes originate on imageboards. Why aren't other forms of websites this influential?
