Psychologically, just how fucked up are "generation alpha" (2010-2025 birth years) going to be? They are the first generation for which the vast, vast majority will have had totally free and unfettered use of personal technology and the internet from birth. Most of them are given iPads at age 2 or 3 that their parents stick them in front of to keep them occupied for hours on end. They end up watching those creepy "Spiderman and Elsa" videos made by pedophiles on the dark corners of youtube, and when they get a bit older they start binging on "dank memes" that they find on instagram and facebook. Am I the only one who's worried that this generation is going to be severely mentally fucked up? I'm concerned that they won't even act like real human beings, just zombies communicating in disjointed memespeak.
