At the same time, we still get raided by climate change deniers from pol, so we're really under attack from all sides at this point. Admittedly this board was never great, but it was a lot less politicize 5 years ago than it is today, and there were a lot more grad students, or at least educated laymen and undergrads. Now it's mostly a popsci board.
