IgM, IgG are better but only, if there is Viremia in a significant amount of cases and even than it‘s not always clear. Your innate immune system can destroy an infection without ever really raising Immun globulin levels to the point it’s even detachable during infection and even less so after infection. Especially goes for neutralizing bodies, since they take longer to occur. So ironically, if you are young and very healthy your body „decides“ against even producing much antibodies and just produces cells, which can quickly alarm the innate immune system to control the virus in future infections. It’s even speculated, since there are regions in Africa with significant percentages of people with Ebola or Lassa antibodies, who never reported hemorrhagic symptoms, many more could have been silently infected with less severe strains and defeated the infection just with macrophages, APOBEC, Interferons, nk-cells etc. I would argue we know less about our immune system, than we think and we tend to underestimate it.
