herbal medicine and bacterial infections

Hello, I came here to 4chan to ask some of you about a matter that seems ti be too irrational on internet.

Let me tell you my history, I am suffering from a bacterial infection that causes me a tonsilitis (funny thing I got mine removed from kid, apparently and part of the tissue grows back) that hasnt gone. I already went twice to the clinic and both times I got antibiotics preescribed (Amoxcicilin per 10 daya, a week later I got preescribed Azotromicyn per 5 days)

Medicine and recomme dations says that it's time to my lazy inmuno system to kill the bug but it's been a month and still the infection persists (pus and inflamatiom of the tissue), Fever has not returned (only the first day of the infection and was barely a fever) nor inflamatory pain.

So I went to search why this have not been killed by antibiotics and red a llt about bacterial resistant and etc. Foun oic related and thought that perhpas was some kind of diet that can helps me to consume something that coulf Boost my inmune system, or a natural and potent antibiotic or a natural amtiseptic.

After reading and found some true information that check with other sources I got to the part of herbal medicine, the guy recommends some roots I never heard before and that are hard to find (more with covid situation). What it seems to be true is that:

1) Complex B and Vitamin C is important as it used to make more white cells
2) Garlic works as an anticeptic but it has to be consumed in great quantities, at the point it makes you stinky.

But the roots and the diets mencioned in pic related doesnt make too much sense, specially because it sounds hippy and mistical or magical when discussing those topics.

What can you share about our inmune system and food? Any tips that could help me? What are your thoughts?

Thanks for your time.
