What program can I use to fit a curve to this and define the highest point?

Tried to do it with openoffice but I don't know how

Your uni or lukio should've told you to use matlab or excel for this, either works. You can probably use that geogebra itself tho

I never tried it, but it surely is overkill for simple curve fitting. He created that library mainly for visualization purposes.
