Ramanujan living until 2200, grothendieck still quite young, all of them solving every possible conjecture that pops into their heads. Physicists not being hindered by having to wait for the next generation to study and get onto the theoretical scene. Every field of research unhindered by having to completely replace their experts every 30 years.
Of course, eternal life is off the table, but I wouldn't mind living for a couple thousand years, have a couple children along the way.
