Compartmemtalise your life. I never study in my bedroom/dorm room because that's where I relax and sleep. My desk there is basically a minibar at this point. Haul ass to the library to read, as it puts your brain into study mode when you have an associated study environment. This will also help you sleep better. NB: can be hard during quarantine, but I still dedicate 1 room at home to work and studying, leaving all others for non-work activity.
Music is for faggots, snowflakes, and lib arts. Study in silence or near-silence and engage with the material you read. Music will distract you (white noise shouldn't).
Phones are for thots. Leave your phone in your room to keep yourself from those "occasional 5 minute breaks" that are absolutely 15 minute breaks every 30 minutes. Your brain needs a break every 45 minutes or so, and it gets that by peeking out the window or just deeply breathing, not by the dopamine hit of a phone.
Know when to stop. Late work, all nighters, and studying every day leave you feeling tired and distracted. Do you really think you learn anything when you're up all night letting your eyes glide over pages of some textbook you given't a shit about?
Also de-stress. Brain chan doesn't perform higher order functions even half as well as normal when stressed. Be motivated and recognise there is some pressure to study; this shouldn't feel much different to the stress level you feel towards getting to the supermarket to re-stock on groceries.
