you can't. Neurons in your brain are telling you that they are neurons and not something else and can only have faith that they aren't lying to you. you can't know that your senses are telling truth because you could try to check your senses's reliability by using your senses but it is the same like using thesis to prove thesis.

Assuming that reality is created by your brain already presupposes a certain reality that allows for brains to exist. You can't even trust that it's a brain that creates your reality since verifying that would require you to see beyond the sensory data that you're fed.
