Would anyone be able to help a retard out?

I got some chemistry that isn't chemi-staying in my head. I have some lessons in equilibrium and I'm just not getting it

I get kc=qc and that bs, but applying it to stuff no good.
If anyone could help me out id be ecstatic and so thankful.
