Someone tell me how I'm wrong in that a Programmers just builds things for the internet whereas a Construction Worker builds things irl.
In this aspect programming seems very unenterprising and dull.

is that the definition you're going with? so all engineers are construction workers? that's fine with me, but this is the same issue with allowing STEM to be STEAM, and so on. Once you make a definition that general it loses all meaning

you are not completely wrong, except some programmers are more like architects, and generally the whole thing is more like designing and producing machines so its like engineering, but also the machines are not solid shapes of steel and rubber but are really instructions coded, the hard support containing the instructions is not important, hence the name software because it is not the disc that you sell but the code written on the disc or the program it performs.

by the way, shed me some light please on the whole Voyevodsky thing, so if I obey rules everything syntactically correct is a proof (by syntax). I might be stupid isn't it what the classical logic was meant - I assume some axioms and then carefully using logic and modus ponens I derive new sentences. It is probably due the general laziness and cluelessness the thing was lost and now it is suddenly reinvented. Perhaps you are now more careful with axioms not assuming some infinite things.

Also that dick name for program proving theorems - not a good thing.
