Python and C++. Learn them side by side. Once you learn these, all other languages are easy.

Oh and you need to have a problem to solve. E.g. try to write a program that simulates something, for fun. You'll learn best this way.

The usual introduction is an intro to programming course (usually C, but Python is becoming popular), intro to propositional logic, basic math (calculus, linear algebra), and stuff like basic computer architecture.
Then you go into algorithms (usually one year or an year and a half depending on the university), circuits, computer networks, databases, theory of computation, operating systems (the theory of why they work the way they do).
And also introductions to a bunch of different topics: digital image/signal processing, interaction design/user experience, control, computer graphics, intro to IA, statistics, etc

languages are for your own benefit to learn basics of software, but the study of CS is agnostic to these things as production tools.
Study introductory proofs, combinatorics, graph theory, analysis, algebra, data structures, and algorithms as a primer. Then do computer architecture, systems and OS, distributed, and networks for more applied knowledge. Branch out from there based on interest.
