Is there any method of estimating air time (something to reach the ground after being dropped by h height) that isn't a entry physics 1 equation that only considers mass and acceleration?
I have to estimate air time for my project in which I need to completely 3d print an object that will give me maximum air time falling vertically downwards. I'm thinking parachutes, but I can't find any equation, code, or software that will estimate air time taking into consideration things such as terminal velocity, drag coefficients, surface area, etc.! Is there no way to estimate these type of things?!?!
