Why are there not a bunch of biomedical and biochemical engineers on here talking about possible home made sanitizers or treatments?

I know on 4chan we usually just fuck with people, but wouldn’t it be cool to say we cured the world of Coronavirus? Imagine the power and influence 4chan would have then.
